Carmelia takes its name from a variation of the Hebrew word for “garden” or “orchard” — a fitting tribute to the lush surrounds it overlooks. Every room offers a view into the expansive, shared gardens, or step out onto the generous wraparound veranda to be fully immersed in the greenery. This is a home designed for connection, comfort, and calm — the perfect setting for families or friends to gather and unwind.

The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living and dining area, where French doors open onto the veranda and fill the space with light. The large kitchen features a six-burner gas stove and a central prep table that invites conversation while meals are being made. With plenty of cookware and crockery, you’ll find everything you need to cook and share meals with your group.

The lounge area has comfortable seating for six around a smart TV — ideal for cosy evenings in — while the veranda offers additional seating and a BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining.

Sleeping arrangements:

The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite-style refreshed bathroom with walk-in shower and soft terrazzo tiles.

A second, more spacious bedroom also has a queen bed and garden views.

The third bedroom includes a single bed with a trundle, perfect for children or extra guests.

The main bathroom, while unrenovated, is clean, fully functional, and includes a shower, washing machine, and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.
