We couldn't have found a better place to stay for our long weekend at Lake Erie/Cedar Point. Perfect home-base for easy exploration of the area and visits to the beach -- we spent a little time at the private neighborhood beach, which was very easy to walk to, as well as a local public beach. Cedar Point was easy to access as well. The house itself was lovely and well-stocked. We found everything we needed and were quite comfortable.

Beach House

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed for a quick 2 night beach stay. They thought of everything, right down to can koozies. It is fully stocked with dishes and silverware, but even includes paper products. We really enjoyed the private beach..it was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely come back.

The property was very clean and was very nice the only reason I give three stars is I have a sensitivity to mold I believe they have a mold issue in the Crawlspace.

Hi Tammie, The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’re scheduling mold testing to confirm the air quality and ensure the home is safe for all guests.- Over the past year, four different contractors have worked in the crawl space on various improvements, and none expressed any concerns about mold.- Just four days before your stay, technicians installed a new furnace and A/C system and didn’t note any issues in the crawlspace.- We’re committed to doing our due diligence so that future guests can feel confident about the home’s condition.Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

We can not say enough about how nice are was and how wonderful our accommodations were at this property. First of all, the cleanliness is Amazing,(you could do a white glove test anywhere in the home and it would pass).Secondly, There are plenty of towels, wash clothes, blankets, etc. Thirdly, They even have snacks, bottled water, coffee/cream, etc….They absolutely think of Everything.PERFECT Stay and I’d highly recommend a short 2-block walk to the beach, sit under the tree in the backyard, or morning coffee at the table in the kitchen.We’ll definitely stay again when we return to the area.

From start to finish it was an outstanding time. Jeff was super open with communication! The property was extremely clean! Snacks galore! The single serve coffee machine was fully stocked and amazing! House was immaculate! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can’t say enough good things about it. I would highly recommend it! The private lakefront pass was amazing. My daughter loved every second of it. It’s a perfect location. I seriously can’t even think of one negative thing to say. If you’re thinking about this property for your next vacation, think no more. It was absolutely incredible. The reason for a vacation was because my son was playing a baseball tournament at the sports force park. We might have to find a different reason to come next year if there’s not another tournament, we enjoyed it that much. 11/10 would highly recommend.

We had an awesome time, the little cove was amazing. Everybody was friendly. The house was beautiful. Well taken care of and has everythingyou need for your stay. Tons and tons of birds to watch and enjoy. Everything is SO close by. It was nice anytime we had to run to a store.It was seven to twelve minutes away. Loved ohio.
