We have stayed in this building once before. The location is ideal, walking distance to Pikes Place Market and a variety of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained.

The house was beautiful and the pictures doesn't do the house justice. Definitely would recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful home

We hosted our family Thanksgiving in this beautiful sprawling home. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. I will definitely rent this home again if we come back to this part of New York. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had everything you could need, the wi-fi was good, and it was in a great location for getting everywhere by foot. The hosts were also very welcoming and helpful at all times. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Location, location, location!

This particular location was exceptional. We were allowed to check in early and park our car in the secure parking area. We felt very safe our entire stay, and we were amazed as to all of the dining and entertainment options within walking distance of this condominium. Communication prior to check in was great, we will definitely stay here again.

This estate does not disappoint. It’s beautiful on the outside and on the inside. Really spacious and well decorated. Everyone in the group had a wonderful time during our brief stay. I’d give it more than five stars if I could. We will definitely make this estate our first choice when we are in the area again.

Family reunion

We had an incredible family reunion at this property, with 16 people spanning all ages, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, providing excellent communication and thoughtful touches throughout.From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy gathering spaces, everyone—from the youngest to the oldest—had a fantastic time. The location was ideal, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

Seattle Getaway

We very thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seattle and this belltown condo was exactly what we were looking for. The incredible location and building amenities ensured we were able to get out and see the sites on foot, while having somewhere close by to relax and feel at home. The staff were very helpful with checkin and any questions we had, the property and unit were immaculately clean, and the parking available was a huge benefit. I strongly recommend staying here for anyone who is looking for a short, or extended, trip to Seattle and wants to be in the heart of it all.

Everything you would need

Great Location, Belltown and Belltown Court is a great location. Walking distance to Pike Place, Space Needle and downtown. Belltown Court has great restaurants, bakery, and convenience store in the building to make your stay easy. Local restaurants and late night surround the area. The condo it self was so well equipped with everything that you would need to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this location.

Nicely appointed apartment

Overall the apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was very organized. The second smaller bedroom was a bit cramped and more suitable for children. Also limited lighting in this room. This was a nice functional apartment, especially as we booked at the last minute..

We were looking for a property near Saratoga Springs This property had everything we were looking for to accommodate our group of 12 The only and not necessarily a negative comment is that the house has stairs 3 areas that are sunken so a lot of up and down Even getting to the pool Other then that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for any group reuinion and families with kids Our group are all in the mid 70’s so challenging

Great location

Lovely central location and had everything we needed. In walking distance of just about everything downtown. Check in and out was very easy. Staff that helped us were lovely. Having parking included was a huge plus! WiFi was pretty slow, which wasn’t a huge issue but may be important to others. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the sleeper sofa. My kiddos said it was very uncomfortable. Main bed was also not the most comfortable. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Perfect Luxury Retreat for Adult Group Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this stunning mansion with our group of friends! The six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space, while the common areas were perfect for gathering. The basement game room became our entertainment hub - who knew ping pong and pool tournaments could get so competitive? The deck and pool area were absolute highlights - perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining areas made group meals a joy. Having smart TVs in every room and fast WiFi throughout added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The beautiful multi-level layout created wonderful separate spaces for different activities, and the location is fantastic - we enjoyed quick trips to Saratoga Casino, though honestly, we mostly found ourselves wanting to stay in and enjoy this beautiful home. Clean, luxurious, and exactly as advertised. Already planning our next stay!

A true Oasis in the City

We stayed two nights at the Seattle Oasis property. It was located just a few blocks from Pikes Market in one direction and the Space Needle in the other. We enjoyed the king-sized bed, though the mattress was too firm for my taste. We appreciated having a secure parking space included in the cost of the room. The property was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed a Moroccan dinner less than half a block away at the Marrakesh restaurant. It was a 4 course meal and VERY reasonably priced. There were a lot of options for food in each direction. We took in the Chihuly glass exhibit next to the space needle, it was very beautiful, but over-priced. We will definitely look at Oasis should we find ourselves traveling to Seattle again.

Convenient in Seattle

We were looking for a spot to spend a few days in Seattle and as a jumping off point for our cruise to Alaska; so happy we found found this great location! The property is very nice, comfortable, secure, and fully appointed with everything you’ll need. It’s within comfortable walking distance to cruise terminals, sightseeing along the waterfront, the touristy areas and to the Space Needle. There are fantastic restaurants right outside the door and within a block from the property as well as some eclectic and funky lounges to check out. Really liked the Belltown area. The property manager greeted us at the lobby and gave us the full tour of the property; a very nice touch. The property has a nice courtyard and is surprisingly peaceful and quiet; you don’t realize you’re practically in downtown. We Uber’d from the airport and settled in quickly; no need to rent a car. There is plenty of available transportation, bike shares, Uber, etc. We highly recommend the location.

Great Location

This property was perfectly located within walking distance to Pikes and Seattle Center fairly equal walking distance to either location. Seattle Oasis is wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Extremely professional and impressive in the amount of care and detail they provide you. The home itself felt a little small for 4, using the pull out (which meant the living room space was unavailable to be used as a living room), but that was our own choice and we should have known that we prefer more space. The apartment was clean, well stocked with items normally not provided in a vacation rental (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc). The carpet did look like it could use a replacement soon, but it was clean. For our next trip, we will rent a larger place from Seattle Oasis, hopefully in the same location.

Just as Advertised

Stayed two nights with my adult daughter. We were able to get into the condo a little early which really helped with our first day in Seattle. Daniel was the property manager I believe and he was most accommodating and informative and very friendly. Loved the condo, had everything we needed and was very clean. We did not cook for the time we were there but was great to be able to wash clothes. Was a nice walk to Pikes Place and the waterfront. We did learn to use the shuttle which was helpful for our sore feet! Don’t be afraid to try it. The courtyard was so pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor patio on our last morning to have our breakfast which we picked up at the nearby bakery. Loved Seattle and love the American people who were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Hoping to come stay and enjoy this condo in your beautiful city. Thank you very much

Downtown location

First and by far the best communication ever by the property management team. They help us even with a dead battery on our rental car and THANK YOU!!! So here's what we like about the condo: * It's downtown close to everything plus to the Space Needle attractions * It had air condition, it was a little warm when we visited * It had everything you need to cook, although we eat out for every meal because of all the great places to eat close by. * It does have a small washer and dryer if need it *Does have plenty of space *Internet was good *Great security for the building Ok now for what I would have fixed: *Better mattress, for me it was a little thin my wife like it *Carpets needed cleaning no deal breaker, but they where a little stained in places *Repair door the laundry room, which we did report to management *The shower curtains needed to be cleaned, they smelled a little So overall we would rent the condo again.

Great location, lots of communication with property manager

From initial booking through arrival, expect a high level of communication with Seattle Oasis Properties. You will be asked to review and reply to multiple emails prior to your arrival, in order to confirm the details of your stay. Additionally, we had multiple phone calls on the day of our travel to make sure the plans we had previously communicated via email were still correct. I believe this is due to the concierge check in service they provide, having someone meet you immediately and escort you around the property. All of our questions were answered by our friendly check in representative, and there was also a nice welcome basket with refreshments waiting for us. The property was very clean and comfortable for the two adults staying on this visit. Well stocked kitchen with everything clearly labeled, and plenty of extra paper products were provided (laundry detergent, too). Although our visit was over a holiday weekend, we rarely encountered anyone on the premises. The neighborhood surrounding the complex is plentiful with bars and restaurants, but the atmosphere at Belltown Court is quiet and relaxed. We would absolutely stay here again!
