Every bedroom has been remodeled with the luxury you expect of a high end rental. Expertly appointed with fine linens and bedding, large screen TV and High speed Wi-Fi. Every room features a Queen Size bed and a view of the water!

All three full bathrooms feature a double sink and high end towels as well as all your showering and bathroom accessories. Appointed with luxury vanities and marble tops you will find these spaces large and comfortable.

A large covered wrap around front porch has enough seating for the entire house. This yard features gardens and ample space to entertain everyone. A ball wall and tree fort with stairs right on the water awaits children and adults alike. Enjoy your private Beach. This zero degree sandy beach is great for young children and adults.

You will have access to the entire home with ample parking within fenced in yard, private 185' beach, and private dock. A canoe, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and paddleboard are available for your use.

Secluded location on Ballston lake. This 3.5 mile long lake provides fishing, boating and swimming in the summer and hosts various sporting events all year. Easy access to I-87 Northway, village of Ballston Spa, Malta, and 15 minutes to Downtown Saratoga. Additionally, you are 30 minutes from Lake George and the Adirondack park.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The location right on the lake was perfect, and having kayaks and paddle boards available to use made it even more enjoyable. The large yard was great for relaxing and spending time outside, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.David was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to come back!

The house was stocked with plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. Kitchen had equipment for cooking. Beds were extremely comfortable, even the fold out bed. And the view was phenomenal. We weren't sure if you could do anything about it but the end of your road is pitch black at night and we always drove past it in the evenings. Thank you for being such a welcoming host

This house, indeed, is a little slice of heaven, & we loved it! The lake house was comfortable, clean, well stocked, with comfy beds. The spacious decks, beach and beautiful lake had many toys-well used! Dave was a gracious host. Our family had the best week! We will be back.

We stayed here Labor Day Weekend for my best friend’s bachelorette party and had a lovely time. The house is great and it being right on the lake with access to kayaks and paddle boards was a huge plus. David was a great host, met us at check in and walked us around the property. He was also very accommodating with our check in and out requests. Only thing that was surprising is that one of the listed bedrooms isn’t actually a full bedroom, but an extension of the living room with a pullout couch. We were expecting 6 rooms but it’s actually 5 full bedrooms and then the pullout with French doors. Wasn’t a huge deal and wouldn’t be an issue if you were traveling with a smaller group, but didn’t find that clear from the listing!

We had an amazing stay! The house is awesome. We had one hitch, but it was taken care of quickly. David is a pleasure to work with. If you are booking and need six bedrooms, be advised one room is a study with a pull out couch. It's hard to find a property with six bedrooms, so not a big deal. Just a heads up. This home is well worth it! Gorgeous lakefront property with many extras. A tree house, kayaks, hot tub, dock with a slide, a float on the lake...Just to name a few. This place does NOT disappoint!

We stayed at this location for my daughter’s graduation and its close proximity to the SPAC center. Its close convenience and size was a great way to accommodate both young and old. There was a lot to do on the property and we were able to cook meals on the grille and in the large well appointed kitchen. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows and provided comfort when inside or outside the house. The view of the lake was stunning and we were outside a lot. The hot tub was not functioning properly which was disappointing but did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return for another stay. David was very accommodating and helpful/responsive during our stay.

Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun.

Lakehouse

This our third year returning to the lakehouse. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of paddle boards and kayaks, even toys for the grandchildren. Check in was easy as well as check out. Great location with lots to do!!!!! Dave is a wonderful host.

Beautiful spot

The property is beautiful with many amenities. Everything we could need was at the house. The kids loved the waterslide and swimming out to the floating raft. We made use of the paddle boards, canoe, and kayaks. The fully fenced in yard made having the dog stress-free. Location is close to anything we needed while still feeling like a getaway. David was quick to communicate, even late at night when we experienced a power outage. Would stay again!

Lake House Stay- Graduation celebration!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed the beach, large deck and the large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The host was so friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even came with gifts for our daughter’s graduation celebration. I highly recommend a stay at this house!

Girls weekend

we are a group of 6 women who rented the house for a spa weekend in Saratoga. Perfect location, peaceful and quiet with an easy trip into Saratoga. We will be renting here again. David was a great host. The house was exactly as listed.

Perfect large Family gathering spot

We had a great stay on Ballston! 12 family members all convened to celebrate our college graduate. Three generations all enjoyed to house, yard and lake access. VERY well stocked kitchen. I’ve never stayed in a vacation rental with quite the awesome supply of condiments, spices, cooking apparatus. Beds were comfy and there were enough towels for a regiment. If we are back in the area I would definitely stay again.

Our family had a great time at the property. We had our elderly mother with us so the one bedroom that was on the first floor worked great for her. We also had a one year old and there was a port-a-crib for her. Fenced in yard was great for the dog and the sandy beach was a treat for the kids. Would definitely stay here again. The Russell Family

Best Weekend!

From the moment we booked our trip, David was amazing! The house was even better than we expected. The grounds were spectacular and the lake front was incredible. Everything you need is in the house which is so thoughtful and I noticed it is also an accessible home which is very rare and wonderful. We will be going back again! Thank you David!

It was a wonderful stay. House was in a great location, right on the lake. David met us at the house and did a walk through with us, showing us all the amenities and made us feel very welcome. We fished, hung out on the large blow up raft on the lake and around the fire pit at night, used the kayaks and pedal boat, hot tub and oh there’s a karaoke speaker. We all had a blast. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and beds are comfirtable. We all agreed we would definitely come back!! Thanks David

David is a fantastic host and we can't wait to go back to this property again. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, the lake was beautiful, the amenities in the house were fantastic. I loved the reverse osmosis water for drinking water. There were plenty of toys to play with in the lake so everyone had a great time! Thank you David!

Bachelor Party Weekend

The Ballston Lake house was perfectly located for the activities we had planned in the Saratoga area. We wish we had another day as we weren't able to take in the numerous possibilities that the property and house had to offer. It is right on the lake and has a considerable sized yard for games, etc. Hope to return in the future.

Amazing week !

We had 4 kids with us ranging from 4 to 10, and we all had a lovely time. Fishing, Canoeing, Camp fire, etc. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING you would ever need at a lake house - incredibly thoughtful. I would definitely like to come back. 10 out 10 !!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed. We were a family of 10, including two toddlers and one infant. Everything was perfect. The outdoor space was gorgeous! There was so much to do and everything was very well maintained. We loved using the canoes, the hot tub, the hammocks and the grassy side yard. One of our favorite things to do was sitting out on the dock, both day and night, enjoying the peace and tranquility and the beautiful views. I highly recommend this property! David was wonderful to work with and he made everything easy.
