The space:
Marmot Lodge is an architecturally designed high country style chalet situated in Harrietville.

The Lodge can sleep up to 30 guests. There are 3 bathrooms, separate showers and toilets. Hydronic or electric heaters throughout. AC in the main living area.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, induction stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, walk-in pantry, toasters, cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans, frypans and slow cooker to accommodate a large group.

The reading room is relaxing with views to the West.
The lounge room has magnificent Californian Redwood lined walls and cathedral ceilings. North facing deck with table and chairs. Views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

 Mt Hotham; 40 minutes drive, Falls Creek 1 hour, suitable for cross country and downhill skiing.


SLEEPING CONFIGURATION

5 queen bedrooms.

3 double bed bunk rooms.

2 bedrooms have a double bed bunk and single bunk on the mezzanine level.

Guest access
The whole lodge is available to you.
Please do not go through the gate to the back of the property, or to the sheds. These areas are private for staff.
Other things to note
The Lodge is heated throughout, using either hydronic (hot water) or electric heaters.

Guests need to bring their own linen (sheets, doona covers pillow cases and towels).

There is no minimum number of guests to book the lodge, however pricing is based on a minimum of 15. Additional guests are charged per person per night. If you have a group of more than 20 people, contact us for a discount.

A refundable Damage/Security bond applies to all bookings.

If you require EV car charging, this is available at the
Harrietville hotel (500m)

Firewood for the outdoor firepit is available at HV ice creamery in Harrietville. Check CFA website outside of winter months for fire restrictions.
