Discover this rare townhome in a prime location, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with stunning views of Mount Morrisey from the hot tub and Tod Mountain from the front balcony. Timberline Village is located right next to the village with restaurants, cafes, and shops within a short walking distance and this unit is positioned along the Valley Trail. Timberline #46 also boasts convenient ski-in/ski-out options that offer easy access to the main chairlifts.

The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishware and cookware essentials and complete with 2 breakfast bars that can seat 6, and opens to a dining area with a table that can seat 4. On the other side of the kitchen area is a comfortable and spacious living room, fireplace and many seating options, including a couch, lounge chairs and a games table. Off the living room you will have access to the private hot tub with 5 seats to enjoy and relax in after a day out on the mountain while looking out at Mount Morrisey!
Additionally, this property has a very unique fourth bedroom that is considered a full suite and not just a bedroom. This bedroom contains 2 murphy beds, as well as a bathroom, a kitchenette, and an additional living space complete with a seperate walk-out entrance.

This unit comes with the following amenities: ski storage in the garage, complimentary Wi-Fi, TV, a washer and dryer, and a BBQ.

We do recommend you bring anything you think you may need that is not provided, milk, spices, condiments, cooking oil, beverages, coffee, tea, food items, etc.
