As for the other concerns — cleanliness, furniture condition, coffee maker, and snow removal — we have strict cleaning standards and maintenance protocols in place. If anything was overlooked, we would have addressed it immediately had we been notified. Snow removal in particular is handled promptly, especially during active snowfall.
