This is a spacious and stylish 3 bedroom home with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and 2.5 bathrooms.This house is family friendly and comes with free street parking, wifi, and an office for those late night study sessions. Located in the beautiful community of Rosenthal with only a 10 min drive to the west Edmonton mall, Costco and River Cree Casino is about a 5 min drive.

This is probably the cleanest and well appointed VRBO that we have stayed in. The amenities were superb kitchen well stocked lovely touches in the bathrooms with shampoos, etc..Beds were very comfortable, excellent bedding and pillows Even though the street is busy for parking, we never had an issueTolu was very prompt when we needed to ask a questionWould definitely recommend this Home

The property was great! We had no issues and the host was great at helping us when we needed it! The street parking was never a problem and the garage was a great bonus! We would stay here again for sure! The listing is accurate and absolutely worth the money!- one thing to mention-they do have renters in the basement. We had no problems with them but you can hear them coming in and out and the first time it surprised us because it sounded like someone coming in the front door. Just as an FYI!

Our stay was great! The house felt welcoming and we appreciated touches like the little coffee bar (coffee, tea, syrups) and the bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc.). It would have been great to have some patio furniture to enjoy the deck and back yard, but the host was ok with us taking the kitchen chairs out to sit on. We didn’t know that there was an occupied basement suite in the house, and were surprised to see someone come out the side door the morning we left. Overall though, the house was great and so was the host. We would stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay as a family of six. The kitchen was equipped for what we needed (we only ate breakfast and had appetizers at the place) and it was spacious enough for our family for our quick getaway. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic! The place was very clean and the host was responsive. Good value! We will seek this seek this place out again next time we are in Edmonton.
