Head upstairs to the main living level, where an open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas—ideal for spending quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts at the island to family-style dinners at the large dining table. After a satisfying meal, step out onto the deck to feel the ocean breeze and watch the sky turn pastel as the sun sets. This level also features a comfortable queen guest room with convenient access to a nearby full bathroom—perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs during their stay.

Upstairs, the sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy. Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Queens.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
