Comprising the grand main residence (Mulgrave House) and a separate, self-contained cottage (Mulgrave Cottage), this refined rural retreat offers flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests across two fully appointed homes.

Linen Provided: All bed and bath linen supplied. Please bring your own beach or picnic towels.
Pets: 2 dogs permitted; not permitted upstairs in main house
Parties/Events: Strictly no parties, events, weddings, schoolies or large gatherings
Security Bond: Refundable security deposit applies
Check-in/out: Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 10am
Water Supply: Property runs on rainwater; please use mindfully
Safety Note: Dam is unfenced – supervision of children is essential
External Security Cameras: Above garage door for the front gates and driveway and at the rear of the main house looking down the garden to the lower paddock.

Note - This home has security cameras located on the front of the house pointed at the entrance gates and another in the direction of the lower paddock for security purposes.

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
