Timbalah est une maison de campagne exquise pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Situé au coeur des magnifiques Fitzroy Falls, il est idéalement placé. La Timbalah n’est qu’à quelques minutes de la ferme Mali Brae, au Mont. Ashby Estate, à moins de 15 minutes de Moss Vale, Bowral et Kangaroo Valley. Le bloc de brousse paysager d'un acre de la Timbalah jouxte les cascades spectaculaires et les vues imprenables sur la vallée qui se trouvent littéralement à votre porte.


La Timbalah est joliment meublée et garantit un confort optimal tout au long de votre séjour. Elle constitue une retraite de luxe ou un hébergement parfait pour un invité de mariage. La cuisine est un délice pour les gourmands pour préparer un repas gastronomique. Cependant, vous voudrez peut-être renoncer à la cuisine et utiliser Timbalah comme base pour goûter aux meilleurs restaurants, vignobles et cafés des Highlands du Sud.

The spa was lovely and the fireplace was really nice to sit around. Tim, the host was lovely, friendly and helpful. The house was almost perfect for the 14 of us, except for the fact that we had no idea that the master bedroom was a loft, so getting to sleep when others were still up was near impossible. The house offered a great dining area and kitchen which made our shared dinners a wonderful experience. Overall, a lovely week.

The house is beautiful, and it’s in a great location. The house is really well equipped, it’s great for kids and our little dog enjoyed it too. Communication with our host Tim was excellent, he was really helpful and always responded quickly. We would love to stay here again.

The location was lovely and the facilities were mostly clean. We enjoyed our stay here. I agree with one of the reviews as the cleanliness of the place was not the best - but I think it is because it is a pet-friendly location. The dishwasher was unusable as there was mould inside which did not disappear even though we ran the machine. Oven looked like it has never been cleaned and the utensils are everywhere. Other than that - it was a great short getaway in a very spacious and aesthetic house.

We had an amazing stay. We wanted a country getaway from our busy lifestyles and we got exactly that. The property was beautiful- the indoor fireplace was lovely and the whole place was so clean. Tim was a very good host, we really appreciated the extra touches of a bottle of wine and chocolates. The kids had a great time too, huge backyard and the walk to the falls was very easy,Think we might make it annual getaway with the family.Thanks Tim!

We had a lovely time, with the property large enough for our extended family. If I was to be critical for purposes of continuous improvement, the property walls and carpets could do with a freshen up and some of the bedrooms smell musty. Dishwasher did not work at first requiring cleanout of food scraps from the basket. The oven is a bit of a mystery with the light remaining on despite being switched off and with no retained temperature. We were happy to collect firewood however had it been wet and cold, dry firewood would have been convenient.

The oven light is a bit tricky, but an easy press of the button for on/ off. Firewood is provided through the winter months for guests convenience, or by request on forecast cooler / wet periods through summer if required. Tranquil break

Great location for getting away from the rat-race. Timbala is a very large property suitable for a party of 10 adults or up to 14 with children. The large kitchen, hot-tub and pool table were a hit.

Great country escape

Loved our stay at this property! Was a great location for day trips as well as being really close to the walking track to Fitzroy Falls. The house is huge, with an awesome fireplace that kept us warm. The kids loved our stay and had a great time.

Awesome weekend

Timbalah was a fantastic venue for my birthday celebration. Tim, the owner, was awesome and very kind. We loved the place and it was made even more special by the fact we could take our dog.

The house has so much space - it’s perfect for a big group. No one’s on top of each other. Beds were comfy Plus owner is so kind and made sure we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Location is great too. There’s a playground on the street. And a small walk from Fitzroy falls Would add that if you have small kids - it’s a little sketchy walking on the main road with them - although it’s not for long. Anyway - house is great!

Great getaway

This property is in a great location, easy to get to in the Southern Highlands. We were able to accommodate our whole family in the one location without being on top of each other. I think this will be a new trend for family get togethers on special occasions.

Lovely retreat in the country

Very spacious house with cosy fire and comfy couches, surrounded by national park. Walking distance to Fitzroy Falls and easy drive into nearby towns. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed watching the birds. Lovely place to get away from it all and unwind.
