Each of the three cottages in this private grouping—The Lakehouse (Cottage 4), The Getaway (Cottage 5), and The Farmhouse (Cottage 6)—features two cozy bedrooms with plush queen-sized beds, a spacious bathroom with an extra-long vanity and a tiled walk-in shower, and a stylish living room with a comfy sofa, cozy club chair, and a wall-mounted streaming TV.

The well-appointed kitchenettes include a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, along with a dining table that seats up to six—great for meals, games, or planning your day’s adventures. Each cottage also boasts a welcoming front porch with rocking chairs, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying the sounds of nature.

But what truly sets this cottage group apart is the shared firepit nestled at the heart of the trio. Surrounded by Adirondack chairs and available for exclusive use by these three cottages (when burn bans are not in effect), it’s the ultimate spot for roasting marshmallows, swapping stories, and stargazing under the Hill Country sky.

Guests also have access to the community pickleball court, located just a short stroll away on the expansive 5-acre RusTx Ranch property. The ranch is part of a quiet, family-friendly complex that includes six additional cottages, a log home, and a picturesque event barn (available to rent separately). Please note: Events may take place during your stay, but all wrap up by midnight.
