The Neighborhood:

Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of Lonsdale & Spencer St opposite the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.



Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.



There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.



I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.



Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated opposite the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.



Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.



Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.



Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!



There is also a tram stop just outside on Spencer St.



Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.



If you drive, the nearest paid parking lots are available in the building itself. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.



Or at the BnB concierge located at shop 3/200 Spencer St, Melbourne VIC 3000. They charge anywhere from AU$8 per bag.



This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

Apartment was nice and very clean, which was much appreciated. Handy to be opposite the station and shops. Perfect for our 4 night stay. Light sleepers might not like the traffic noise at times but we were fine. It wasn’t bad but if you were travelling with a baby for eg you might struggle.
