The well-designed industrial style kitchen and open-plan layout create a welcoming space for family and entertaining. Snuggle by the fire in winter, open your stack back doors in summer, bringing the outside in, this home impresses all year round.
HEATING & COOLING
Reverse cycle heating/cooling located in the dining area. Fireplace located inside the lounge area. Heaters in each bedroom.
BATHROOM
Ensuite with walk in shower off the main bedroom, second bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
OUTDOOR
BBQ located outside undercover on the decking area. Outdoor firepit and plenty of space for the kids to run around.
Please note there is a dam located within the property with access through a gate.
LAUNDRY
Washing machine & dryer available. Clothes drying rack also available.
PARKING
Carport available with space for another 2 cars in the driveway.
