Wonderful place for our family, great kitchen and large gathering table to sit, eat and socialize. Comfortable couches, nice beds, nice back yard where we also relaxed. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean and very large home located close to everything. Owners were super easy to work with and even helped us check in a little bit early. The beds were so comfortable! Back yard fence may need some work but worked great for giving our dogs some room! Thanks!

Very family friendly! Great location. Great DIY remodeling effort but needs some espert help. Upper floor super loud downstairs. No seal at some window replacements showing daylight

While this is the first time these details have been brought to our attention, we take our guests' comfort seriously. We are actively inspecting the window installations to ensure they are properly sealed against the elements, and we are looking into ways to minimize noise transfer between the floors to improve the experience for future stays.

Fantastic communication from the get-go. Easy to follow check-in instructions; and Dave checked in with us via text the day prior to arrival to let us know the property was ready for us. The house is so spacious. We have a blended family and it was our first trip all together to visit our oldest at college. I was worried we’d be tired of each other- but this home gave us the space we needed to keep our wits. It’s clean & well taken care of. We all loved playing basketball and foosball. And holy cow, the beds and couches are comfortable. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Property smells very strongly like mildew and our family all had health reactions as though mold was present throughout the house. We checked out a day early due to the problem but had no follow up from the owner or offer of compensation. Overall the property seems old and run down and in a neighborhood that had a lot of run down houses. The basement had some activities for kids which is a plus. But the master bedroom having to share a tiny bathroom down the hall with the other guest room is a major downside.
