I had a great vacation with my daughter and 2 granddaughters! Location was excellent. Very short walk to the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. Perfect for our needs!

Check in was smooth, property was very nicely located. Was not the cleanest upon arrival. I unfortunately did not fully understand not all of the food we left behind was packed..so unfortunately I am at fault for not reading and double checking behind all of us. I would definitely recommend this place and the realtor!! Family friendly, great location, host was fabulous.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not as clean or well maintained as we expected. The rugs had visible stains, the unit was very dusty, several slats were missing from the vertical blinds, and the central air-conditioning filter was extremely dirty with a heavy buildup of dust. The clear shower curtains also had noticeable old soap scum, and overall the apartment felt quite outdated and in need of some attention.We emailed Grace about our concerns, and to her credit, she responded quickly. She provided an iron that was missing from the unit, replaced one of the shower curtains, and had a new air-conditioning filter provided.We appreciated her prompt response, but the apartment should have been properly cleaned and inspected before our arrival. We actually left the unit cleaner than we found it. With better cleaning, maintenance, and some updating, the property could provide a much better experience.
