We did not ski. We went to enjoy the town and the mountains. The room was nice and clean, the host was very kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect for what we were there for.

This is probably the only VRBO I have stayed at that I would not go back to. All because of the lack of towels and the failure to remedy the situation by the host. Also, leaving misleading information posted on the refrigerator from the previous managers.

While this is a private home rather than a hotel with daily linen service, the host remained responsive and offered reasonable alternatives during the stay, including access to additional towels and reimbursement if you preferred to purchase more locally.- Communication remained open throughout the visit, and multiple efforts were made in real time to assist and find a solution.- The note about information on the refrigerator refers to older, nonessential materials that did not affect the accuracy of the listing or the functionality of the home and were not brought to our attention during the stay.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
