We had a great fall stay in Bridgton, Maine at this wonderful place on Beaver Pond. The house was spacious, fun, a beautiful view and very clean. It had a well equipped kitchen for cooking too. We were there to attend the Fryeburg Fair, a quick 15 minute drive. We spent most mornings at the fair and then came back to play with our dog in the pond (she loved it!). We had some great meals out trying Campfire Grill, Pondicherry House and Cafe Paprika. And made use of the gas grill for dinners at the house. We spent a day in North Conway shopping, of course! And drove through Jackson NH to see the foliage. We would highly recommend this great spot!

We enjoyed our week stay so much. Just having access to the lake steps away was amazing. We used the kayak and canoe every day and rowing around the lake had to be the most serene and peaceful moment ever. We got to meet the next door neighbors to the right who were the most welcoming people ever. Their grandson who’s 6 hit it off so well with my granddaughter who is 4, became best buds instantly. Wonderful place if you are looking for some r & r and peace.

The house was in a convenient location to Pleasant Mountain and downtown Bridgton. It was immaculate and fully stocked and one of the most reasonably priced properties I’ve stayed in! The owner was also very responsive. Great weekend getaway…I’d definitely go back!

My husband and I spent a long Valentine’s Day weekend. Great location to town, super clean, extremely cozy with a gorgeous pond view! Highly recommended.

The biggest issue was there was only one Toilet paper roll. We could not find any others. Also cable in bedroom did not work. Light switches were not marked letting you know what switch controlled which light, very confusing.

We're sorry about the toilet paper issue — our cleaning protocol is to leave several rolls per stay, and we've shared that feedback with the cleaning staff. We don't offer traditional cable TV, but we do have Amazon TV in the living room and Roku in the bedroom with separate logins and remotes, and we understand that can be confusing when you just want to relax, so we'll look into improving that setup. As for the light switches, we've lived with that quirk for a while and know it takes some trial and error without labels — we'll get them labeled soon. We appreciate the detailed feedback.

The house was very very clean and comfortable. The location was a few minutes from downtown Bridgton for restaurants and shops, and the other direction was a few minutes to Pleasant Mountain for hiking. The best part was being able to jump into the canoe and do some fishing without any motorboats on the pond making it a very peaceful and enjoyable paddle.
