I recently rented this property (June 28th-July 6th) with my elderly parents to attend a family gathering. The check- in process went smoothly. After that came all if the problems. I will say this property was falsely advertised. Here is a list of things that went wrong:1. The grass was not cut when we arrived. They cut it while we were renting the property.2. The railing on the front stairs had nails coming apart from wooden boards, making it unstable to hold onto. 3. They left a long plank of wood across the deck causing a tripping hazard. After I tripped over it, I was able to warn my parents to watch for it.4. No railings to hold onto to walk up on the deck. You had to use the side of the house for stability.5. Used shoes and flip flops left on basement stairs. Another trip hazard.6. Baby gate in hallway, trip hazard.7. The dryer did not work, it wasn't connected.8. Electrical cords hanging in the air that connected washer/ dryer. Why? When it rained the basement flooded. 9. Basement door could not be closed. CREEPY!!!10. While taking a shower, found a piece of blond hair stuck to the wall! YUCK!!!11. THEY DO NOT PORVIDE WASHCLOTHS FOR BATHING!!!! WE HAD TO BUY SOME!12. Only one TV worked. 13. TV in bottom bedroom did not work. 14. No tvs or chairs in bedrooms upstairs for relaxation while resting.I was told this is a typical rental property. The host company Evolve should do a better job! Pitctures included. WORDS OF ADVICE, DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!
