Riverfront Rental Sits on a quiet street in downtown South Elgin. This home gives you complete access to the Fox River. The bedrooms are on the main level, along with a beautiful kitchen featuring cherry cabinets and an island with breakfast bar, and an awesome four-season porch overlooking the backyard and the beautiful river setting. The second-level loft has great natural light . Outside, you'll find concrete patio and walkway, and stairs leading down to the river and firepit. I don't allow any PARTIES!! of any kind ,NO smoking, No Pets . No eating in the bedrooms. PLEASE KNOW THAT I HAVE security cameras on my property outside. please follow and read all the house rules before booking.

Great place to stay near St. Charles/Geneva. Will definitely stay again next time we visit. Plenty of room, great view, super easy access to west suburbs, North Ave./Randal Rd,/25/31, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle etc. Host was great, respected our privacy. Super hot shower!
Right on the Fox River.
Plenty of space for a large family. Lots of Knick-knacks so best suited for ages 7+.

I got this house for families that just want to get together and relax. To sit by the river during the day and then that time enjoy a really nice fire pit. It's really about connecting with family members and getting back to enjoying life. There are so many reasons why I do not allow parties I hope you understand but with only 3 hours between reservations . It doesn't leave much time to deal with any damages extra trash or problems for the neighborhood

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Love the location! They are two very nice parks within a half a block from the house. The police station is across the dam which is only a block from the house. There is an outdoor pavilion that holds summer concerts with the splash pad that's a block from the house. The house sits in the perfect area where you'll find really restaurants. With a short drive you're near Elgin St Charles -Geneva -Batavia. You'r about a 45 minute drive from Chicago

What makes my proper unique I believe is the wildlife and fishing. You can sit in the backyard and see American bald eagles. Different types of Hawks. And all my guests really enjoy telling me the stories about the fish that got away
