A timber bar area serves as a casual mini-bar setup. It’s equipped with a kettle, mugs, cutlery, and dishware—ideal for preparing a warm brew before heading out. With the beach, cafés, and beachfront restaurants just minutes away, dining out is effortless and part of the experience.

Wind down in the evenings with your favourite shows on Netflix, or step out onto the private balcony with a glass of wine to soak in panoramic views of Surfers Paradise’s skyline and glimpses of the ocean. The full bathroom features a shower-over-bath combination, along with fresh towels and essential toiletries for a comfortable stay. Although there’s no parking onsite, the city’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment are just steps away. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves. The gym, pool and tennis courts are not available for guest use. Please make yourselves at home!

Guests must return keys by no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out.
