The space
As you step into this stylish abode, you'll be greeted by a spacious and elegantly furnished living area, adorned with contemporary decor and bathed in natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows. Kick back on the plush sofa and unwind after a day of exploring, or step out onto the balcony to soak in the breathtaking vistas of the glittering Pacific Ocean.

The master bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and features its own private ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers a cosy queen bed, perfect for additional guests or family members.

Need to catch up on some work or check emails? No problem! This apartment also includes a dedicated study area, providing a quiet space to focus and stay productive during your stay.

Prepare delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Dine alfresco on the balcony as you savor the fresh sea breeze and bask in the warmth of the Queensland sun at the outdoor dining table.

Online check-in form: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.

Other things to note
This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the buildings facilities. The only items you are unable to use is the front desk or the theatre room (which can only be used by residents), however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for!



House rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.

No parties or events. No Schoolies.

A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.

No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.

The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.

Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.

Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.

No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.

$250 fee for each lost set of keys.

Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover.

Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.


Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

The host was very welcoming with a follow up email post check in. We were also welcomed with some complimentry treats on arrival which was a lovely touch. Kitchen and bathrooms had all the essentials required for a trip away from home, including ample towels which is very conveniant. The apartment and bed linen was also very clean. Would definitely stay in this apartment again when visiting Broadbeach. The coffee in the cafe dowstairs was also amazing!
