★This is a 2 Bedroom apartment; 2 bedrooms have queen size bed and Australia Made quality mattress.

★ The Living rooms has a quality sofa bed (There`s a $35 flat fee for the sofa bed. Please let us know if you would need to use the sofa bed, as we would need to make the bed and provide extra linens)

★The bathroom is ensuite in the main bedroom.

★Bedroom 2 does not have a door, but has a curtain for privacy.

- Replacement for loss of key is $300/set.

- Please remember to keep SAUNA and STEAM door closed at all times while using and close sauna door promptly upon entry/exit. In the case you fail to do so, the heat/steam might trigger the fire/smoke alarm, charge from FRV(Fire Rescue Victoria) could be anywhere between $3,000-6,000, in which the total amount will be on charged to the responsible.

- Please DO NOT remove, rearrange, or replace any FURNITURES, HOMEWARES, or ITEMS in the property or public area in the building. Labour fees and damages will be charged to the responsible.

‼️ IMPORTANT NOTE ‼️

🔒 Access to the pool and gym requires completion of a mandatory induction
🕘 Induction is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at the concierge
📱 Guests must scan a QR code and complete a short online form (approx. 5 minutes)
⏳ Waiting time may apply if others are completing the induction
❗ If induction cannot be completed during these hours, amenities access is not guaranteed (no exceptions under building rules)
📅 Weekend-only stays or guests unable to attend during weekday hours will not have access to the pool or gym
