Soul Beach House - A Breezy Oceanview Retreat

Sea breezes and ocean views shape the rhythm of this two-level coastal home, where open, light-filled interiors are designed for easy beachside living. Upstairs, the main living area becomes a natural gathering place, with comfortable seating arranged around the television and a hanging egg chair, creating a quiet nook to unwind while watching the horizon shift throughout the day.

The adjoining kitchen is set up for effortless cooking and conversation, with modern appliances, generous bench space, and everything needed to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to shared evening meals. Just beside it, the dining table invites everyone to slow down and gather, whether it’s a laid-back brunch after a morning swim or a long dinner shared with family and friends.

Glass doors open directly onto the spacious balcony where the ocean becomes the backdrop to daily life. Fire up the BBQ for alfresco dinners, settle into the outdoor lounge with a drink in hand, or start the day with coffee at the dining table as the coastline stretches out before you. With sea breezes drifting through and sunsets colouring the sky, this space naturally draws everyone outdoors.

Downstairs, a second lounge offers a quieter retreat for movie nights or relaxed downtime. Three comfortable bedrooms are arranged along this level, each fitted with a ceiling fan for added comfort after warm beach days. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and built-in robes, while the fourth bedroom is set up with two single beds—ideal for children or friends travelling together. These rooms share a central bathroom with both bath and shower, while a convenient kitchenette and laundry area add practicality for longer stays. Upstairs, the primary bedroom serves as a private retreat with a queen bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan, and its own ensuite.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the undercover garage and an additional vehicle in the driveway. Free street parking may also be available for extra vehicles.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
