Our stay at the Under the Tree property was great. The house was perfect for our visit to the Woodlands for the Ironman. Debra was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend the house.

Great Location

We live in the area and need a little extra space when we have visitors. This is a much better option that a hotel! Close to restaurants, entertainment and town center

Great stay in the Woodlands

We were in town for a wedding with 6 adults and wanted to rent a house instead of a hotel. Under a tree was a great house that was perfect for us and the proximity to mall and restaurants was great. Really enjoyed the walking trails and ease of meeting with others in our family that also had rented VRBOs. Highly recommended!

Welcoming Summer House

What a gift it was to have this house to land in for the summer between selling our home and moving overseas. Debra and Matt were lovely to work with as the managers for this house. They were welcoming to us and our dog and quick to respond to any issues that arose over two months. The neighborhood is lovely and close to a tree-covered walking path. There are numerous parks within walking distance. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to the Pavilion, Market Street, Hughes Landing. Thanks for hosting us!

Great for work conference at Waterway!

Myself a few work colleagues booked this house for a large conference at the nearby Marriott Waterway. Was a perfect option for looking to save our company money from 4 hotel rooms. Easy trip to the Waterway area, very clean and quiet, great amenities and room to get some work done. Really appreciated the hospitality, even above and beyond by helping me locate a missing shirt! Clean and Comfortable

All of us thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this clean & extremely comfortable house. There were many “extras” that made the stay very pleasant. The location worked well for us as everything we needed was in close enough distance yet we felt we were secluded in the neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to the area and hope this property is available when we return!

Family Wedding weekend

We were in The Woodlands for my son’s wedding weekend, and couldn’t have picked a better house for family. Location was ideal and in a lovely neighborhood. House has plenty of room, and even a great play area for our two year old grandson. The host, Debra, was awesome. She responded quickly and was so helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in town.

Clean home that is well stocked with supplies. Location is perfect and neighborhood is quiet, safe and walking paths are just across the street. The hosts are quick to reply and offer assistance or answers. The only thing that was different from the listing was the backyard was not as well manicured as the pictures suggest. A small thing and would still give the house a 10/10.
