The house was exactly what we needed for our visit. It is a beautiful home, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and very convenient location. The only reason for four stars for the cleanliness was due to some broken glass my one year old found in the living room and was about to put in her mouth. Thankfully she didn’t and I was able to find and clean up the rest of the pieces. Overall a wonderful stay.

The home was nice and spacious with a very large backyard. We had 5 adults staying for the weekend and we did not feel crowded in this home. The beds were comfortable and they had plenty of linens. The host was very responsive at all times. The location is absolutely perfect for shopping and restaurants as well as a safe neighborhood for morning or evening walks.

Beautiful home Cozy beds!!Clean 1) The bathroom between two bedrooms - the shower was used only once because the drain did not drain even with a short shower - we avoided it since water was pouring from under shower door and heading to toilet - it scared us. We all shared the other showers 2) We had reservations for 7 but only 3 coffee mugs so we could not drink coffee together - we had to wait turns. Please add mugs Otherwise a FAB PLACE!!!Cecelia was wonder and texted us right away re home

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilia’s home in Waxahachie. We were in town for a weekend baseball tournament, and it also became a special family getaway with our entire extended family. It was the first time many of my family members had the opportunity to watch my son play, so it meant a lot to all of us.Cecilia was an outstanding host. She was extremely responsive and gracious, especially when helping us adjust our check-in and check-out times to accommodate our hectic tournament schedule. Traveling with small babies and toddlers can be challenging, but she was very understanding and made the process much easier.The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location, making it easy to get to the baseball fields and nearby amenities. It was a perfect place for our family to relax between games.We truly appreciated Cecilia’s hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this property to families, groups, and anyone traveling for youth sports tournaments or business.

We enjoyed our stay and overall the house was as expected. The host was nice and check in was easy. We were happy to find a home that was pet friendly. A couple of issues we ran into was the chair in the bedroom with a twin bed was terribly stained. It was disgusting and all that was done was a throw blanket placed on the chair. The kitchen was nice and was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc., but if you plan to cook, bring everything else. There were no spices, cooking oil, condiments, etc. Thankfully the house was close to stores. Thanks for the stay.

Took host more than 24 hours to respond to initial booking, which pushed out original check in date back a day. Instructions were not sent in time and it took 30 minutes to get in contact with the host. Overall property is in good condition. It did lack some minor attention to detail for the price, but nothing major.

Great house for our family's base of operations. We celebrated the 50 year wedding anniversary of our loved ones in nearby Ennis. 3 couples, 2 adults, plus a few teenagers stayed in this house. This house was great for my Grandpa, who is in a wheelchair. Minimal steps, open floorplan so he could participate in activities in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was great for cooking and serving for a large group. The porch was lovely for hanging out with family on Father's Day and reconnecting. The teens loved the loft. Note: from the description, it seems like some of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Only the loft is upstairs. All bedrooms and all bathrooms are on the main floor. There are plenty of bathrooms. We spread out the showers and managed to not run out of hot water on the day we all went to the party in Ennis. The driveway is long and skinny. If you have lots of cars, it's something to manage when one person wants to leave. I sent an email inquiring about how to handle a service dog, and requesting an early check-in. I didn't hear back. Spam filters love my name and it wasn't pressing so I didn't worry about it and didn't try any other messages. Overall 9/10.We would come here again!
