Good Morning Sunshine is steps away from one of the three Queens Grant community pools and a few pedals away from the winding Palmetto Dunes bike paths that invite exploration. Our clean, spacious villa is thoughtfully designed for family time, connection and relaxation. With an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light, Good Morning Sunshine is the perfect setting for game nights, shared meals or just stretching out after a day at the beach. Guests enter Good Morning Sunshine by locating 750 Queens Grant and walking to the front door from the parking area. Upon entering the home, you'll find the foyer & hallway that connect you to the kitchen, living room, primary suite, half bathroom and staircase to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find the queen bedroom, full bedroom and the jack & jill bathroom that connects these two bedrooms. Access the back deck from the living room or the primary suite.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.



Bookings are refundable up to 30 days prior to check in less a $200 Admin Fee. No refunds within 30 days. No refunds for travel, weather or other delays. Please purchase travel insurance.
