Clean and quiet, perfect for our family. Our kids liked the little beach on the lake just down the street as well. Host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next summer!

Beautiful home! Clean and fully stocked. Very peaceful setting, enjoyed morning coffee on the front deck which was very relaxing. Beds were super comfortable! A short walk to the small but cute community beach. Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again.

Host was GREAT to work with, amazing communication! The cabin is so cozy & clean. Everything you need is there, right down to cell chargers next to the beds. We definitely misread the description cause we thought the pic of the exterior (the lake) was what we saw while sitting on the deck which was what we really were looking forward to & that wasn't the case but it was a really nice place to sit outside regardless.

My family took our first trip to New Hampshire and decided to book this house and glad we did. The house was as exactly as listed. It was clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. The high tech appliances are a plus. Spacious deck with nice grill and It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach area with private boat ramp. For those who like to fish, baxter lake has some big ones! The host, Tricia, was very helpful, responsive to my messages and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property for a nice New Hampshire getaway!
