Peaceful Detached Cottage Studio French Countryside Private Garden Nature Lovers

This cute cottage is located just outside (1 kilometre) the historic and pretty village of Champagne-Mouton, in the Charente Limousine.
The cottage sits in its own grounds with beautiful gardens offering plenty of privacy but with the owners property just 100 meters away should you need them. Your host Catherine is originally from Champagne-Mouton, so she is the perfect guide to the area if needed, she speaks English, French and Spanish, she also teaches French.

The Gite is set up like an openplan studio of approximately 40 sqm, with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and crockery etc. There is a seperate shower roomand toilet inside the Gite. All linens and towels are provided and included in the price.

The Gite has free Wifi. There is a French TV provided.

Outside there are table and chairs for dining alfresco. There are also sunloungers for relaxing and soaking up the sun or sleeping in the shade of the trees. Perfect for star gazing under the star filled sky which is free from all light and noise pollution.

Just a short 1 kilometre from the property is the village of Champagne-Mouton where you will find a small supermarket, Boulangerie, Bar, Post Office, Garage, Pharmacie, Doctors and much more available in the nearby towns of Confolens, Ruffec, Civray and Chasseneuil sur Bonnieure.
