UPDATE AS OF OCTOBER 10, 2025
A previous guest has cracked one of the living room floor-to-ceiling windows.
Though it remains intact, we are arranging repair ASAP with building management to have this fixed for our guests but the process takes some time.
We ask our guests to please be patient with us as we arrange for the repair and refrain from touching the window to prevent further damage.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
