Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

This is great find. It is quiet, clean, comfortable and pet friendly. We could talke our dogs down to end of the street to the park and nearby cafe. Bed super comfy and kitchen well appointed. The high ceilings make it seem spacious and light and airy. We loved it. As did our doogos

Great location, great place
A lovely little apartment in a great location. The enclosed courtyard makes it ideal for those travelling with small pets. The place was clean and well-appointed and the check-in process couldn't be smoother. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane.

This is a luxury accommodation that is clean and spacious. It is located near many fabulous restaurants and Toowong shopping centre. I highly recommend this accommodation!
