Set in a convenient pocket near Glenelg and the CBD, this welcoming home blends comfort with everyday practicality. The open-plan living and kitchen area creates an easy space to relax, while sliding doors lead to the backyard, perfect for BBQs or time in the sun. With a Nespresso, air conditioning, and thoughtful essentials throughout, it’s well-suited to both short and extended stays. Enjoy easy access to the airport, nearby tram routes, and Morphettville Racecourse, just a short walk away.

This single-level home offers a relaxed and practical setting, ideal for families or small groups. Positioned at the front of a quiet block, it combines privacy with easy accessibility, while the light-filled interiors create a welcoming place to settle in. The open-plan living area forms the heart of the home, with a cosy sofa and TV creating a natural spot to unwind. Flowing seamlessly from here, the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, making everything from morning coffee to evening meals feel effortless. The adjoining dining area features a generous six-seater table, perfect for shared meals or gathering after a day out.

Sliding doors open to the private backyard, extending the living space outdoors. With a BBQ and open area for kids to play, it’s an easy setting for casual afternoons or relaxed dinners under the open sky.

Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom offers two single beds along with a desk for those needing a workspace. The bathroom is thoughtfully laid out with both a separate bath and shower, along with a separate toilet for added convenience.

A dedicated laundry with washing machine, ironing facilities, and drying space supports longer stays, while air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout the seasons. Off-street parking for one vehicle is available, adding further ease to your stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Really enjoy the property ! We stayed for 2 months and loved its location close to the bus and tram stop to take you into cbd or the beach. The bbq was great initially they bbq had no gas but the staff came and replaced it for us ! They also came biweekly to cut the grass. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay. We would happily stay here again !

The property was very clean, in very good shape, and better appointed than most. It immediately felt comfortable and welcoming. In comparison, many other properties we've stayed in are very spartan and utilitarian and show significant signs of wear and tear. Not this one. Thank you.
