House and location was fantastic. The fully fenced dog was great for the dogs. The game room and house was great for us. The location was close to everything. Highly recommend.

Very nice house. Has all amenities you need. It was clean and big with lots of room. Close to the beach which was very convenient. Very easy communication with the host, we will be back!

Overall our stay was fine. The only issue was the inaccurate description of the number of bedrooms and beds. There are not four bedrooms and there are not two double trumble beds. There are three bedrooms, a game room with a futon and two, single cots. We would not have booked this house if we knew this.

We had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely stunning, and the home was spacious and comfortabl, perfect for our group of nine and our dogs. The fully fenced yard was fantastic for the pups, and we really appreciated all the games provided, which made our stay even more fun and memorable.

This home is absolutely amazing. The views from the home were incredible and we enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning. The house is modern and up to date on everything as well. The shower in the main bathroom is spacious and has double shower heads. The location was quiet and close to everything. The hosts are responsive and the check in/check out process was seamless. Oh, and its dog friendly, which was a big plus for us. I recommend this home, greatly.

Very spacious property with room for family groups. Nice beach view. The game room is great for keeping kids and or teenagers (and or adults!) entertained. Nice climbing structure in the back yard for younger kids. Beach access within a reasonable walk. Great two headed walk in shower in the master bedroom. Share it with everyone! Kitchen is well equipped though it could use a little more silverware. Don's miss the board games in a credenza in the living room. Grocery store and a few restaurants are available a bit down the road in Seabrook. We didn't check out the much smaller ones in Pacific Beach, except for the pizza place.

We had 10 people and with using the provided fold out beds, this place worked well for our group. We did need to bring one of the fold up beds the stairs, which may be a consideration for some people. This location has a beautiful view. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes or you can drive just a couple minutes down the road. The beaches were great for the kids to play. The house is on one of the more "main" streets, but it is quiet and not very busy at all. We enjoyed taking a bike ride along the road. It's an easy drive to Seabrook as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry was nice to have after playing at the beach. When we got there right at check in time, the cleaners were still there, so we had to wait a few minutes, but that wasn't a big deal. The house was clean. The backyard with the playset and the game room were great, they gave us a lot of fun family memories! Thank you for having us!

It is listed as having 4 bedrooms when in fact there are only 3. A king master on the upper floor (if there were murphy beds I didn't see them) On the 1st floor a queen room, and a room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. I noticed 2 twin rollaways in a closet but no sofa bed in the living room. There is futon in the game room which would make an iffy bed (and not sure where the bedding would have been). The games in the game room were great! We were there for the 4th of July and were able to enjoy the fireworks displays on the beach from the comfort of the upper floor.

Honestly, this was the perfect place for our group. We were all way overdue for a getaway, and this house was exactly what we needed.First off the drivable beach access. No joke, this is a game changer. We’re talking a one minute drive from the house, and your car is parked right on the sand. We just loaded up the cooler and chairs, found a spot and were set for the day. No hauling stuff for blocks. It was amazing!!When we weren't on the beach, we were pretty much living in the pirate game room. It was a huge hit and things got heated! The indoor fireplace was so good after a day out. The house was super clean, we’re wont hesitate to come back again

We've been booking our annual Washington coast trip on VRBO for years, and this house is an absolute gem. It was the perfect size for our family and a couple of friends—plenty of space for everyone without feeling on top of each other.The location is exactly what you want in Pacific Beach. It was just a short, easy walk down to the beach, which was a lifesaver with kids and all our gear. We spent every morning exploring the sand and (since we timed it right!) got our limit of razor clams.What really impressed us was how well-stocked the house was. The kitchen had everything we needed for making big group dinners, which saved us a ton of money. The beds were comfortable, the whole place was spotless, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus after a day on the beach.We loved unwinding in the cozy living room at night, and the indoor fireplace was a fantastic perk. Check-in was seamless and the property manager was professional and communicative. We are already planning our trip back for next season!

The whole process was super smooth. We really enjoyed staying at this property and with it being probably four minutes away from Seabrook. It was a fair bit cheaper too. It also had a good amount of parking which was hard to find in the city of Seabrook itself. We will be coming back and I would highly recommend this spot if you’re vacationing in the area!

Overall impression was excellent. New appliances, well-equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable furnishings. Big back yard with play structure and outdoor toys was a hit with the grandkids.Had fun with the BBQ, which was clean and well-supplied with propane.Only issue was garage converted to game room and billed as a bedroom. Our bachelor son had no problem staying there, but we propped the door to the house open to allow air flow to the downstairs hallway with the carbon monoxide detector as having the furnace in that space was concerning. That said, the three-year-old loved learning to play air hockey and shuffleboard!Overall, we enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the local pub, and the only half hour drive to the beautiful waterfall hikes around Lake Quinault.
