Bring the whole family to this charming, pet-friendly Pacific Beach vacation home!

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and over 3400 square feet of living space, this spacious home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is perfect for large gatherings. The home is conveniently located just 4 flat/level blocks from the beach, shops, and restaurants in the heart of Pacific Beach.

Kids will love the large backyard firepit for roasting marshmallows and the large dining table for arts & crafts.
Enjoy two 27" mountain bikes for the kids to explore around town. Gather around the propane firepit on the large outdoor sectional sofa during the summer months. Kids and dogs alike will love the fenced yard.

The home is stocked with family essentials like a Pack 'n Play, stair safety gate, toys, books, and a Vintage built-in Nutone radio in the living room.

The bedrooms are equally inviting with their fun color palettes, soft linens, and built-in desks for remote work if necessary. The perks extend to a separate laundry room.

Adults can relax in the living room full of warmth with cozy seating and Smart TV or whip up meals in the gorgeous chef's kitchen with ample meal prep space.
Nearby activities abound like beachcombing, razor clam digging, stand up paddleboarding at Joe's Creek, surfing lessons, hiking, biking, and visiting the Seabrook Resort just a 3 minute drive away, with abundant dining, concerts, and seasonal activities.

The spacious garage provides plenty of room to unload and spread out sandy beach gear. There's also a large stainless steel sink that's perfect for rinsing off seashells and cleaning the day's catch. A convenient hot water spigot by the front entrance makes rinsing sand from shoes and paws a breeze before heading inside.

4 Bedrooms located upstairs with child/pet gate located at top of stairs.

The walk to the beach is 4 flat/level blocks with very easy access directly to the flat sands of Pacific Beach, WA. Avoid the Seabrook steep stairs and stay with us! 3 minute drive to Seabrook with access to all restaurants, outdoor concerts and weekend markets.

Plenty of space to park on property.
There is also space to park two 25' RV's on the other side of the separate garage. (Garage is for private owner use only.)

Please rinse all sandy toys, wetsuits, dogs, and beach treasures outside the front door at the hot/cold water tap. Thank you!

G'day from our little beach house in Pacific Beach!
Daniel and I (that's Anne) feel so lucky to call this corner of Pacific Beach home, with our two early teen kiddos. We met in Sydney when I was working in Australia. The laid back Aussie lifestyle suited me perfectly after living in the Caribbean in my early 20’s, so I just never left! We built our life in Daniel's homeland - the kids were even born there - before we decided Seattle was calling our names.
We landed in Pacific Beach last summer, it reminds me of my early years growing up on the Olympic Peninsula, and we fell head over heels for the vintage 1970s charm of this beach house. It's our labor of love; we've kept many original details while giving it our modern spin. Nothing makes us happier than knowing our guests are experiencing the sea salt air on the patio with a glass of wine or cheery cocktail after a day at the beach. Paddleboarding, beachcombing, skimboarding, a local eclectic radio station, - this community has it all. And of course, when looking for the fancier side, Seabrook is a short 3 minute drive away. Best of all worlds!

Of course, we always make sure to give our guests the inside scoop on the neighborhood. Between Daniel's Aussie roots and my Seattle upbringing crossed with some island living, we think we make a pretty good welcoming crew. We can't wait for you to see why we call this place home.

Pacific Beach is amazingly beautiful, those sunsets are breathtaking. We love peaceful environments mixed with a bit of fun and were sold that this tiny town had a local museum, café, pub, antique store and radio station.
Our dog, Lulu, can run the beach, enjoying her freedom, best dog life! The teen kiddos can explore or make art in the sand, they love it! Sometimes they head up to Seabrook to visit the local Candy Store or pop into the Arcade.

So much space! Moby's has this 70s vibe that's super fun! A vintage built in Nutone Radio (turntable is in process of repair but will be ready to rock in a couple months! Guessing by mid_April)
Only a level 4 block walk and you're on Pacific Beach! We're reasonably priced in comparison to Seabrook but only a 3 minute drive from restaurants and outdoor markets, and concerts in summer.

Our oversized couch is so comfy, a perfect place to read all day or catch your favorite movie.
