Experience the best of Park City in this beautifully remodeled three-bedroom condo that sleeps eight. Located just a 10-minute walk to the First Time Lift at Park City Mountain Resort, or an easy 5-minute ride on the free shuttle to the ski school and base area, it offers convenience for every season. The shuttle picks up right next to the condo entrances, providing effortless access to Main Street, world-class dining, shopping, and year-round adventure. Overlooking the golf course, you’ll enjoy peaceful views that transform into a picturesque cross-country ski trail in the winter.

The stylish living area invites you to unwind and enjoy a show on the Smart TV beside the cozy gas-burning fireplace. Step out onto the private deck to take in the mountain air or fire up the BBQ grill for a casual meal outdoors. The well-equipped kitchen features a dining table for six and an island with seating for four, ideal for gathering with family and friends.

Each bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, with two offering plush king beds and one featuring two twin bunk beds. A shared half bath adds extra comfort for guests.

After a day of adventure, relax in your private hot tub or enjoy the common area amenities, including two additional hot tubs, and a summer-season pool and tennis courts.

The place was beautiful. The art, decor, and the best sheets I've ever had in my life. The location was great, we could walk to the ski resort, gear rental, groceries. The appliances are very high end - but also confusing.My crew wasn't familiar with an induction stove (2 all-clad pans did not work and should be removed, we were perplexed trying to figure that out). Tons of light switches with many buttons - if they labeled the switches it would be perfect.The issue we had was check in. We didn't get the instructions, arrived at night in the dark and spent about an hour on the phone with VRBO. They finally were able to get a local property manager to come by (I thought I had a scam listing and we were looking up hotels during this time). But they were getting better instructions for future rentals, so I'm certain that will be seamless for others.All in all, it was the nicest place we've stayed. Very comfortable and I would not hesitate to return.

We truly appreciate your feedback on the appliances and check-in experience and apologize for the frustration you encountered. Since your stay, we’ve added clear instructions for the high-end appliances, removed the two pans that are not compatible with the induction cooktop, and updated the check-in instructions. To ensure everything is seamless, we also had two team members who had never been to the property test the arrival process from start to finish. The location was great to the PCMR, but we had a few concerns around the house. First, there were bugs in the bedroom and bathroom of the room overlooking the golf course. Second, there is no vent in that same room so it was really cold in there at all times. We had to request space heaters and only 1 of the 2 that were brought worked properly. Third, the key to the ski closet was not in the lockbox and had to be requested. Finally, the hot water heater had to be requested to be turned up in order to have enough hot water for our group. The first night, only 2 people had warm water while the others had cold showers. One other note is to include more towels for a 5 day stay versus only providing two washcloths and bath towels.

Regarding the native Box Elder bugs, which can appear unexpectedly in Park City, we promptly addressed the issue during your stay and continue to treat the home proactively. We have since added an additional heater to the bedroom to improve comfort, placed the ski locker key in the lockbox for easy access, and adjusted the water heater to ensure sufficient hot water for groups. Quite a few extra towels are stored under the bathroom sink for guest convenience, and our team is always happy to provide more upon request. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both the home and the overall guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Park City in the future.
