Turquoise Place is the most luxurious property along the Gulf Coast. This spacious 3 bedroom is located on the 26th floor of the C (West) tower and has a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit has a private hot tub on the balcony and a gas grill.
Turquoise Place is the most luxurious property along the Gulf Coast. Large 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath unit with a gas grill and a hot tub on YOUR balcony directly over looking the Gulf of Mexico from the 26th floor! Amazing views!

The property offers , 2 indoor pools, outdoor pools, 300 ft water slide with splash pad and putting green, lazy river, state of art fitness facilities, saunas, steam rooms, community hot tubs, poolside bar & grill (seasonal) , entertainment, 6 elevators , covered parking. You name it- we've got it all here!

This unit sleeps 10 with 2 king beds , two full beds and a sofa sleeper. We have a fully stocked kitchen. Televisions in every room, SOAKING tub and separate shower in master bath, comfortable patio furniture. This is YOUR perfect beach getaway!

There is a one time parking fee (per the condo owner association ) of $50 per car or two passes for $100 for the entire stay. When you make your reservation , you are only paying for one. We will reach out to you before your visit to see if you need another. We will send you a link at a later date to pay. If you have more than 2 cars, you will need to speak to security at check in for options.
IF you need a 3rd pass or more , you will be able to work with security (on arrival) no advanced reservations can be made. IF there is availability , security will sell you additional pass. There will be a daily fee for the extra pass starting at $35 per day-paid to security.

Listed below is additional information about the hot tubs on the balcony and the common area hot tubs as well , provided directly from the Condo Owner Association mgmt team who manage ALL hot tubs.

Dear Turquoise Guest,
Turquoise boasts multiple pools and the largest number of hot tubs of any resort along our Gulf Coast.We want you to know the risks associated with hot tubs as well as the dos and don’ts of using our water
facilities. First off, Turquoise has an Aquatics Team of more than a dozen full time staff dedicated t0keeping our facilities clean. We have worked with the Alabama Department of Public Health to implement a water management plan which includes rigorous, daily maintenance and testing to manage
these risks. Your cooperation in allowing our Aquatics Team to inspect, clean, test, and maintain our water facilities is appreciated.
As a guest here it is important to know what you should and shouldn’t do in our water facilities,including those in our private residences. Comply with all posted signs regarding use. If a hot tub or pool is closed, do not use that facility. If a facility is closed it will have a notice posted. When we treat the facilities, there may be a period in which it shouldn’t be used. If this happens during your stay you will be notified, so please follow those guidelines. All of our water facilities should have an odor of chlorine or bromine which is used in our cleaning process. This traditional ‘bleach’ like smell is normal and
indicates proper treatment. Please do not spit, urinate, engage in sexual activity or defecate in the water facilities including those in the private residences. If you detect any unusual objects, discoloration, odor or have a question about using a facility,
Despite your attention and our best efforts, there may still be a chance of contracting an infection from use of water facilities, especially for individuals with certain health risks. Use of water facilities should be done with consideration of underlying health conditions regardless of sanitation or cleaning protocols.While a number of organisms can live in hot tubs, the greatest concern is from Staphylococcus aureusand Legionella pneumophila.
Legionella pneumophila commonly known as Legionella can cause Legionnaires’ disease and Pontiac Fever. Legionnaires’ disease is a potentially life-threatening pneumonia that usually requires medical treatment with antibiotics. Legionnaires is only spread through the aeration of water like the misting steam from a bubbling hot tub. Legionella does not infect everyone but people with the greatest risk of contracting Legionnaires’ disease are adults over 50, current or former smokers, and people with a weakened immune system or chronic disease. Persons who have cancer or are undergoing treatment for
cancer can be at increased risk as well. Additional information is available via the Alabama Departmentof Public Health at: www.alabamapublichealth.gov/infectiousdiseases/assets/legionella_flyer.pdf.Staphylococcus aureus commonly known as staph, can cause skin a soft-tissue infections such as abscesses, furuncles, and cellulitis. Although most Staph infections are not serious, Staph can cause very serious infections in people with open wounds, who are immune compromised, who have cancer or who are undergoing treatment for cancer. In the worst cases, these infections can result in

Hot tubs are a breeding ground for other bacteria including E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which can cause gut infections, diarrhea, septicemia, respiratory and skin infections. Among people who are immune compromised these risks are magnified. Knowing the risks associated with and knowing when to avoid a hot tub is important. If you or any of your guests or family members have any of the risk factors described above you should consider avoiding water facilities, especially hot tubs.
* Hot tub closure can happen at anytime and remain unavailable until determined safe by the COA. We are unable to foresee this closures. We don't offer additional discounts due to pool/tubs closures.

Beautiful, comfortable condo
This was a first-class condo. All the beds were comfortable, and they had plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extra blankets in the closet. The resort is the nicest in Orange Beach. We highly recommend it for families of all ages.

The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom did not work. They knew it was broken but didn’t bother to let us know before hand. The shower head was not even attached. The jacuzzi tub in the back bathroom worked for a short time but when we turned it on the first time it was nasty. It was very apparent it had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. Maintenance came to clean it and it wouldn’t work again after. The hot tub on the deck did not stay hot even with the cover on when not in use and the lights in it do not work. Meagan, the manager, offered to let us check out early and refund the nights we would not stay. Stated she wanted to get it rented out again if we weren’t staying. I questioned whether she was even going to bother fixing the things that were broken and she made up excuses. The fireplace did not work. They did not even leave enough towels in the room for everyone. When we asked for more it took them a day to get them to us. I will not rent through Meagan at VRBO again. She stated their policy stated they would not refund for items not working yet she continues to rent without fixing the issues. I will rent through Spectrum directly next time.
