Our mission is to host you brilliantly... to make your stay with us unforgettable and effortless. Turquoise Place C902 is spacious and luxurious but also family friendly. View gorgeous sunsets from your private balcony and private hot tub. This three bedroom condo is complete with all of the amenities you will need to have a relaxing vacation. Turquoise Place is complete with two outdoor pools, two heated indoor pools, a lazy river, water slide, tennis and pickle ball courts and much more. Come and enjoy!



Guest access

You will have full access to Turquoise Place C902 and amenities to both towers. Turquoise Place amenities include multiple indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, water slide, splash pad, lazy river, tennis & pickle ball courts, putting green, kid's playground, games, fitness center, sauna & steam rooms, electric car charging, beach chair rental and of course direct access to the beach!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Parking: The fee for two parking passes for the duration of your stay is included in the fees for your reservation. Should you need an additional parking pass, please communicate this to us PRIOR to your check-in date. The parking pass fees must be collected before arrival. The third/fourth cars are to be parked in the overflow parking lot at $30 per night.

*The following types of vehicles are prohibited in all lots: RVs, campers, trailers, buses, boats, jet skis, off road vehicles, or any vehicle which, at the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts COA, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate. Clearance for all parking lots is 6'8".

- Hot tubs: Turquoise Place HOA does a daily check of the hot tubs in every unit. This is mandatory during your stay. The technicians come for 5-10 minutes during daytime hours. Although we don't anticipate the hot tub being closed during any guest's stay there is always a possibility should there be an issue with chemicals, etc. *For this year the regularly scheduled drain/refill is the 3rd of each month, the hot tub will be unusable for one day

- We do require a $750 damage deposit hold on your credit card that will be automatically released seven days after your stay if no damage occurs during your stay

For us 6 ladies over 50, it was perfect! Check in was smooth, parking attendants help a ton, front desk was nice and had answers! Condo was very spacious, plenty of beds, bathrooms, kitchen and living space. The jacuzzi was awesome right there on the balcony. The pool was beautiful and beach was right there with beach chairs we rented all set up for us when got down there, we will certainly rent this condo again!

Everything is great. Location, amenities, cleanliness, every aspect was fantastic. Unit was very spacious and amenities across the complex gave a variety of things to do. The beach and the state park down the road are amazing as well. Owner’s communication and responsiveness to our questions were quick & accurate. Thank you for a great week!

What a beautiful condo. We were so very happy with every detail of our stay. The communication was perfect. We received a very detailed list of check in procedures and amenities. The condo was one of the best parts of our vacation.

Pros: Beautiful spacious condo! We loved the convenience of having our own parking spot in the parking garage… just a few steps into the building and then the condo was just a few steps from the elevator. The pool area was a lot of fun and of course we loved the beach.Cons: Room 902C lacked good quality mattresses- or maybe needing replaced. Also, the sound of water coming from the pool slide hindered hearing the wave( except early morning before they turned the slide water on).

Sorry to hear you didn't find the mattresses comfortable, some are new as of this spring and others haven't had much use. We try to be clear where the condo is compared to the water slide in the photos, it does run from 10-6 during peak season, and we are on the 9th floor. Thanks for staying!

Nice condo, but showing a decent amount of wear. Master bed unfortunately left us with very sore backs, but no complaints from the others that slept in the other two bedrooms. The floors were a bit sandy in certain areas upon check in, which we didn't notice until our shoes were off. The unit smelled very clean upon checking in which was so nice! As another reviewer mentioned the slide noise does overshadow the beach noise, but it goes off around 9ish in the evening and doesn't come on until a little after 7am, so if you're an early riser you can still catch the noise of the waves! We had previously stayed in building D and feel it's kept up a little better than building C, so we will likely opt for that next year. Communication with the host was great as they were super responsive!
