We fell in love with this big, old house for beautiful features that just can’t be found in new construction: stained glass windows, inlays in the hardwood floors, glass doorknobs, and tall, intricate moldings along the baseboards, entryways, and fireplace. One step inside and you’ll fall in love too.

The main floor consists of living room, large dining room, kitchen, butler's pantry, gaming/cards area, and full bath with shower stall and stackable W/D. Freshly updated in 2020 with new, clean furniture and new flat screen TV with streaming apps. Kitchen includes new (narrow) dishwasher, brand new fridge/freezer and gas stove/oven. Basic countertop appliances included. Out back is a deck with grill and eating table for 6. Out front is a wrap around porch for relaxing, lounging, playing or eating. **The porch was completely rebuilt in Spring 2022- pictures not yet updated to reflect improvements.**

Upstairs you'll find 4 large bedrooms (3 queens plus a bunk room- twin over full). Each has large windows and beautiful natural light. One queen room also includes a Pottery Barn crib. Pack n Play available as well. There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor- one hall bath and one Jack & Jill. Both include showers/tubs.

Continue to the third floor to find 2 more bedrooms with twin beds (2 in one room, 1 and a chaise lounge in the other).

The home is tastefully decorated with new (2020) furniture, paint, and refinished floors. It’s incredibly child friendly with lots of space to play, a Pottery Barn crib, bunk beds, and kids equipment (infant tub, bouncy chair, high chair, etc).

There is a small backyard with an outdoor shower and storage shed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, seasonal beach tags, and sand toys included. (Note: backyard, shower, and shed is shared with first level apartment. Apartment is used only by the owners, never other tenants.)

Linens (sheets, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels) are provided.

Walk in any direction for a few minutes and find the beach & boardwalk (4 minutes), cafes, ice cream, pizza, Walgreens, dim sum, Italian food, Chinese food, liquor, hoagies, brunch, and fine dining.

A peaceful residential street with friendly locals so we ask that renters be 25 and older.
