Listing Notes:
This home is a single family attached home, meaning it shares one wall with the home next door. Next door is a ground floor commercial unit with residential on the second floor which is occupied by a family year round. All spaces, entrances, and amenities are private and not shared with the home next door.
đ PARKING:
We do not have a driveway at the property. There is free street parking available. We provide 2 parking passes that can be used. Please ensure these passes are returned to the house upon checkout. If not returned or lost upon checkout, there will be a fee of $200 per pass.
STAIRS REQUIRED:
There are approximate 3 stairs required to enter the main floor/living space, 12 stairs to gain access to the 2nd floor of the home where two of the four bedrooms are located including the master, then 12 steps to gain access to the 3rd floor where the final 2 bedrooms are located.
DAMAGE WAIVER:
When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.
The charge listed as âinsurance feeâ covers your purchase of $1,500 in âall riskâ damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
HVAC:
Central Heating and Air Conditioning
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, youâll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Make sure to return parking passes. Fee of $200 per permit if not returned
-Make sure to return beach tags. Fee of $30 per tag if not returned.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
