Enjoyed Arpana’s mountain chalet for 4 nights in July for a golf trip to Golden. The chalet is brand new and perfect location for skiing, biking, hiking and golf. Being a newer modern condo it had air conditioning which not all chalets in the area have, huge bonus if travelling in the summer. Our favourite part of the condo was the unbelievable patio views and hot tub! This VRBO is very well stocked from a kitchen cookware perspective compared to many other VRBOs.We will be staying here again anytime we are in the Golden/Kicking Horse area.

Perfect spot for our group. Everything in the house is like new. Accommodating for keeping xs and adults. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. There are additional new buildings being built next door but nothing was disturbing. We’ll be back!

We loved this spacious, clean home in Kicking Horse!It’s conveniently close to the mountain, has a well-stocked kitchen, warm toilet seats, and a great hot tub on the deck. Arpana was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Overall an EXCELLENT stay. We were able to find a ski in/out path that wasnt a crazy distance. The property had everything in the kitchen that we needed. Hot tub was Hot and Clean! Loved the bunk beds for our kiddos. We have stayed at a few different properties at kicking horse and this is now our favorite. The host responded very quick with any questions we had. Thank you again, we had just the best weekend!!

Had the opportunity to visit Kicking Horse Resort and it do not let us down. The property was fantastic and included all the comforts of home. From the large hot tub, well equipped kitchen, large boot warmer in the garage to the location it was great. Really enjoyed being able to walk into the garage and store the ski gear. The house is large with plenty of room for a large family. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We had a great 3 night stay at this property that is within 5 minutes drive from Kicking Horse Resort facilities. It was exactly as described, very clean and the host, Arpana, is very responsive. The hot tub was wonderful after busy days! The property is about a 15 minute drive from Golden. We brought some food with us for breakfast and lunch sandwiches but there is a great restaurant at the Resort and we enjoyed one brunch there. We also ate at the Eagles Nest at the top of the gondola. You can purchase a lift ticket/lunch option and that is likely worthwhile as the restaurant prices at the top are more expensive. We even saw Boo, the grizzly bear, on the way down! The next day we went to the Golden Skybridge which is 5 minutes east of Golden town centre. We got the Adventure Pass which let gave us admission to the bridges (2), the zipline (1 ride), the mountain coaster (1 ride) and other activities. The wait for the rides is quite long...bring a sunhat! Also there is a 250 lb weight limit on the zipline. You also need fully enclosed shoes (available for rent if you forgot yours). A great place to stay and play!

The townhome is one of the newest in the Kicking Horse residential development zone. We had four people and each enjoyed their own bedroom and totally separated space. That goes for the entire townhome too -- while our accommodations were in the north side of a duplex, we felt completely apart. It was advertised as 'luxury' and the description is certainly befitting. Skiers were in mind in its design, no corners were cut in its build, and the architectural flourishes were impressive. We would happily return.
