Golden Valley Lodge with hot tub & mountain views

Golden Valley Lodge is perched above the Columbia Wetlands with unparalleled views of the Columbia River, Selkirk and Dogtooth Mountain Ranges. Our home is located a short drive from the cute mountain town of Golden and tucked between 6 National Parks and 30 minutes from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

From expansive open concept living over 3 levels, to the hot tub, deck and patios Golden Valley Lodge offers everything you need for your family get-together or vacation.

The main entry opens into a large open concept living/dining kitchen area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The dining room comfortably seats 15; perfect for your large meals and family events.

The stairs lead to the basement which offers access to the patio, hot tub and fire pit, in addition to 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom large secondary living space, and wet bar/kitchenette.

Enjoy the outdoors on two large patios and a fire pit looking over the Columbia Valley and Selkirks. The sunset is magical!

There is ample work space with desks in 3 bedrooms plus a large loft workspace with a co-working table and desk powered by Starlink Wi-Fi.

Outside parking is in the 2 car car port or on the drive. There is access (on request) to secure storage for all your outdoor gear such as skis and bikes.

Guests have access to the whole space.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area 15 minutes south of Golden. There is no access to public transport. a 4x4 vehicle is recommended (but not necessary) for winter access.
cell service is currently limited in the area - however the property has Starling Satellite Wifi which is suitable for voice and video calls.

Please respect our neighbours, quiet time is 11pm to 7am.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis products to be used inside the property. Smoking outside is ok, but please extinguish and dispose of your butts in the garbage.
No outside shoes to be worn inside the property.
No sports equipment inside the property (ample storage available on request).
No pets.
No glassware in the hot tub or surrounding patio. In the event that glass is broken in the hot tub guests may be liable for the $200 refill charge.
The property is on a septic system, please follow the directions on the signage in the property. in the event that the sceptic needs to be pumped due to guests not following instruction a $1000 pumping fee may be applied.
