Mostly just went there to sleep. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The host was great at communicating and transparent when I thought there was a possible need for a repair. Overall it was well kept and a nice stay.

Quiet, clean place and neighborhood; Total privacy

The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The closet in the bedroom is roomy enough to store your suitcases if you desire and there is also a dresser to store your folded clothes.Our stay was comfortable and uneventful. We would definitely recommend this place, and it is very close to a lot of places in Denver.

Our stay

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. We just needed a place to sleep and take showers. We didn't need to be able to cook. Our room was very clean and Amber was such a great help since it was our first time with Vrbo.

Simple and Clean Accommodations

Host was proactive in communicating about accessing the space and answered quickly when we were trying to locate the house (a little confusing since the driveway was full and the house number was hard to locate). The space itself was super clean and the neighborhood was easily accessible from the Denver airport.

Cozy Little Stay

We love this little spot for our annual dog show adventure. It cannot be any more conveniently located and the space is just perfect for what we need! So happy they continie to have us back!

You Aren’t Alone

I didn’t realize that the area you rent is part of their house and you will hear them. You also don’t have access to park in the garage or the driveway. There isn’t a kitchen, which I knew ahead of time. Give the shower 2 minutes to warm up. Hot water will come.

Exactly what it says

This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. It was perfect for our needs - because we were gone most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this for the people who need just what we did! The owner was VERY easy to work with, and made an extra effort to be sure the path was salted (winter), and it was super clean. So impressed.

For efficiency, Vrbo would do well by making it easier to access the addy. In addition, it would be even more helpful if link had option for Google vs. Apple Maps

Nice stay close to the airport

The host is fantastic and the property is in a nice neighborhood close to airport access. I will say that the sound proofing between the two habitation spaces is limited, so you can hear the neighbors fairly well. Also note that this is one bed without much room for anything else. It works great for a single or a couple, especially if you need to get to the airport quickly, but may not be a great space for anyone not wanting to share a bed.

Loud & uncomfortable

Expect to hear cleaners talking in Chinese for hours in the hall right outside your door
 Had to make a complaint at 10:30 p.m. Plus, the 2 cleaners stay outside your door making it very uncomfortable when needing to use the bathroom, shower, & kitchen. Btw, there is not enough work for them to have 2 cleaners 24/7, especially when trash doesn’t get thrown out on a daily basis. Plus the cutlery they provided had dried out food stuck on the spoon. Wouldn’t stay here again. 1 star

Quick overnight stay

We drove in during the night after a long 9 hour roadtrip. This was the perfect reprieve! Great communication with the host, cute quiet and safe neighborhood, and the house was very clean and quiet. We were only there for the night, the spot is a bit small but was perfect for a quick stay for the 2 of us! Would definitely stay again!

Great shower

Stayed with spouse for one night because we had an early flight. Small, but nice room with an excellent private bathroom with an great shower. Would stay again.
