Tatsächlich ist unsere Hofeinfahrt für größere PKW und SUW recht sportlich ;o) Sie entspricht aber durchaus dem Normmaß von 2.10 m Breite, das seinerzeit beim Bau des Hauses gültig war. Mit unserem Volvo V70 Combi kommen wir gut rein, die Seitenspiegel sollten aber eingeklappt sein. Während des Tages findet man meist ausreichend Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses entlang der Strasse. Abends können es hingegen weniger werden, dann sind 100 m Entfernung durchaus mal drin.

It was my intention not to give the apartment a personal touch, so that everyone can feel comfortable. The mostly positive reviews of other guests in this regard obviously show that it was a good decision. The heating is regulated automatically, which is common with modern heaters. So far, there have been no complaints about room temperature. I do not insist but kindly ask the tenants to dispose the rubbish themselves out of respect for the cleaning staff. The garbage cans are freely accessible in the yard. The entrance door and the door to the apartment are opened by a modern chip key similar to chip cards in Hotels. I decided to install this modern version of a locking system in favor of future guests. In case of loss, the guest will not incur any inconvenience, such as costs for a new locking system. I agree that musty damp in a bathroom is unacceptable, but I can hardly believe it, because the apartment is well booked and therefore is cleaned very often by a very careful cleaning staff. The window in the bathroom will be replaced, because it does not meet my requirements anymore. Last not least, I apologize that a fitting fell off the opposite wall while one of the party was showering. But such things happen once in a while in every household, a short message to me would have been enough and the matter would have been repaired at once.
