Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with prior approval, subject to availability.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge of $100 per hour.
👥 Maximum Number of Guests
Only the number of guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay. No unregistered guests are allowed at any time.
🚗 Parking
One secure on-site car park may be available for this apartment.
If you require parking, please confirm availability with the host at the time of booking.
Unconfirmed parking is not guaranteed.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony or common areas.
Any violation will result in a penalty fee of $350.
🔑 Keys
Two sets of keys are provided for 3-bedroom apartments.
Please keep them with you at all times.
Lost key replacement: $400 per set
Lock-out assistance: $50 labor fee
🐶 Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances.
🧼 Cleaning
Please leave the apartment in the same clean and tidy condition.
Trash should be disposed of in the designated garbage room near the lifts on each floor.
Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges.

Note: Refunds will not be issued due to:
