Includes bikes, surf gear, a full kitchen, wood fire, Wi-Fi, and an office setup for those needing to stay in touch with work. Located on the main beach road — traffic can be heard day and night, so not ideal for light sleepers, though fans are available for white noise.

You’re only minutes from everything: a 5-minute drive (or scenic ride) to Ngarunui Beach, a short stroll to local cafes, playgrounds, and the inner harbour, and right on the main route to all of Raglan’s must-see spots — from the surf to the mountain bike trails.

The cottage is well-equipped for comfort and adventure:

A wood-burning fireplace to keep things cosy on cooler evenings

Please note: The cottage sits on Raglan’s main coastal road, so while it offers easy access to everything, traffic does pass by day and night. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be the best fit.
