This house completely exceeded our expectations. The photos really don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person!There were plenty of comfortable spaces throughout the house to relax and unwind. The lounge area was great, and the outdoor couch and lounge area were especially beautiful in the mornings when they caught the sun. It was lovely having so many different spots to sit, enjoy a coffee, and spend time together.We made great use of the spa, which everyone loved, and the temperature was amazing. The pool table was a big hit with the adults, and the kids loved all the games and different spaces to play. The front outdoor area was especially great for the kids.The kitchen was so well set up and had everything we needed — we genuinely didn’t have to bring a thing.We absolutely loved our stay and are so grateful to Tim for being such a great host. Communication was easy and helpful throughout, and the house was the perfect place for our 40th birthday celebration. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again!

Awesome property very roomy and stacked with everything you could possibly need

Owners were awesome, the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook and bbq, beds were like sleeping at home ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place, clean and just an awesome lay out. Spa is amazing and fit 8 grown ups easily. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

We stayed at Elk Estate for 3 nights, 10 adults and 2 kids, and honestly it was perfect for our group. So much space and no one was tripping over each other, which is rare when you’ve got that many people under one roof. The sauna and hot tub was probably the group favourite, we ended up in there most nights just chatting and relaxing.. Pool table got a good workout, had a little tournament going by the second night. We also had a campfire going one of the nights, sat around chatting with drinks. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms so nobody had to wait around or share more than they wanted to. Made things so much easier with a group our size. Also had an EV charger on site which was a nice surprise, made life easy for the ones of us driving electric. Honestly can’t fault the place, it had everything we needed and then some. Would 100% book again for our next group trip, highly recommend if you’re travelling with a crew.

Amazing property, appointed perfectly

Michelle was a fantastic host making sure from the very beginning that we felt comfortable at her place. The house and property were both stunning with an exceptional variety of activities. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back.

Winter getaway

Great property, so close to Inverloch but so private we felt miles away. Super clean and comfy, well appointed kitchen for cooking meals at home, very well utilised spa and sauna (even the pool, at 15 degrees top temp for the day, had use for ice baths!) and the pool table had a real workout. Would love to return one day.

Fun family & friends getaway

A super well setup accomodation, especially suited to larger groups. Plenty of spaces to gather and a separate games area for the kids worked well. The pool area also really works well with the shade cloth providing protection from the sun, and a big spa for the cooler days. Our hosts provided a welcome basket of goodies (really nice), and took the time to explain key features of the house. While the location is a little out of Inverloch, its a very short drive to all the beaches and Wonthaggi, a real plus. We will definately consider coming again.

Perfect

What can I say but WOW. We hired Elk Estate for our family and extended family to stay as our daughter was getting married in Inverloch. Elk Estate was the perfect setting for our daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready and for pre wedding photographs. Michelle was the perfect host and could not do enough for us, even presenting us with the most amazing platters on arrival and a bottle of bubbles to celebrate. Elk Estate has a warm and welcoming vibe, is spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. Absolutely loved our stay and can highly recommend

Fabulous holiday!

We stayed as a family of 12 (7 adults and 5 children) at Elk Estate. The house is just wonderful for a family, very clean, spacious, 4 bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs (which was great for my elderly parents). Each bedroom has its own Netflix which was awesome! The kids (and the adults) loved the outdoor pool and spa - the kids were in it pretty much the whole time. Plenty of bath and pool towels in the laundry which was an absolute bonus. Michelle (our host) was on hand to greet us on arrival and show us around, and as it was my father's 90th birthday, Michelle actually baked him a delicious birthday cake which was such a lovely gesture (she also provided a couple of bottles of very nice wine too :-). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all crockery and cooking equipment that you could possibly want. And then of course there is the games room which the kids absolutely made use of in the evenings. Only a short drive into Inverloch if you need to. We really can't speak highly enough of our stay at Elk Estate, and our host Michelle, and we will be returning.
