The house is just a short walk-through community gardens to the popular beaches of Cape Paterson (700m). The house has three bedrooms downstairs plus a rumpus with additional sleeping options. The rumpus has a Smart TV with Netflix, Stan, Binge etc and is great for kids. There is also a fully equipped laundry. Upstairs is an open plan living area with feather filled couches and another Smart TV. There is also a great deck with ocean views. The deck is perfect for viewing the amazing Cape sunsets. The Ecovillage has fantastic paths for walking and cycling and a great adventure playground for kids. The paths meander through wetlands, with the sounds of multiple species of frogs forming a chorus at night. Be prepared to encounter native wildlife such as kangaroos and echidnas on your walks. he Cape Tavern, the local pub is also a short stroll away as is the Channel Store.
