KEYS BREEZE – WATERFRONT LIVING ON RAMROD KEY



County zoning requires a minimum rental period of 28 nights, with no exceptions. From December through March, reservations must be booked for the full calendar month.



Welcome to Keys Breeze, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath canal-front home on Ramrod Key with a private heated saltwater pool, guest boat dockage and dog-friendly accommodations. Designed for extended Florida Keys stays, this waterfront retreat combines comfortable coastal living with easy access to the best of the Lower Keys.



WATERFRONT LIVING & BOATING



Bring the boat and enjoy 60' of canal frontage with guest dockage accommodating a boat up to 26', plus a fish-cleaning station with water and bait freezer.



Enjoy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico for fishing, diving, sandbar trips and exploring the Lower Keys by water.



The owner's boat and boat lift are not available for guest use. Guests are responsible for confirming their vessel can safely navigate local waterways and access the dockage before booking.



PRIVATE HEATED SALTWATER POOL



After a day on the water, relax in your private tropical backyard. The 21' x 11' saltwater pool is heated to approximately 85°F November through April and ranges from approximately 3.5' to 5.5' deep.



The waterfront outdoor area features tropical landscaping, plus a covered entertaining space with outdoor dining, seating and a propane BBQ grill.



COMFORTABLE COASTAL INTERIOR



Inside, you'll find a bright, updated coastal interior designed for comfortable extended stays. The renovated kitchen opens to the living area and is equipped for preparing meals at home, including a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster and blender.



Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and a washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays.

IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY



Minimum Stay: Monroe County zoning requires a minimum rental period of 28 nights with no exceptions. December through March reservations must be for the full calendar month. Consecutive full months may be booked.



Age & Occupancy: Booking guest must be 25+ and occupy the property for the entire reservation. Maximum occupancy is 8. Vacation rental use only; employee/worker housing is prohibited.



Pet Policy: One approved dog up to 60 lbs. is permitted with a $10/night pet fee. All reservations must complete BetterPet Passport after booking, whether bringing a pet, requesting accommodation for an assistance animal or confirming no animal will be present.



No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.



Pool: Pool heat is provided November through April and set to approximately 85°F. Actual temperature may vary with weather. Guests may not operate or tamper with pool equipment.



Dockage & Boating: Guest dockage accommodates a boat up to 26'. The owner's boat and boat lift are not available for guest use. Guests are responsible for confirming vessel clearance, water depth and safe canal access before booking. Conditions may vary with tides and weather.



Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles, including boat trailers. RV parking is prohibited.



Mid-Stay Cleaning: A mid-stay cleaning may be required for stays of 28 nights or longer, with additional cleanings approximately every 28 nights for extended stays. Applicable fees are collected separately.



Wildlife & Insects: Tropical insects and native wildlife are part of the Florida Keys environment. Routine pest control is provided, but complete elimination is not possible.



Construction Notice: Construction, renovations, landscaping and roadwork may occur nearby without advance notice and are outside the control of iTrip Key West.



Security Cameras: Two exterior security cameras monitor the front door and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
