The townhome is designed and decorated with comfort in mind. All of the necessities are available coupled with outdoor living. Both bedrooms are on suites with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom; television is in each bedroom and the bonus space. Keep in touch with your family and friends with high-speed internet, or you can disconnect. The kitchen is complete with all that you would need in a kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee maker. Your space is furnished with a pull-out sofa, linens, bath, and pool towels. And a starter kits of soaps, shampoo, lotions, and first aid kit.

The backyard space consists of lounge chairs for sunbathing, a BBQ grill, bar, beach umbrellas, colorful outdoor picnic tables for outdoor eating, and festivities.

This property is a 5-minute walk from Saunders Beach, the playground, and public transportation. We are also a very short drive away from other local attractions, Arawak Cay (Fish Fry local cuisine) The Adastra Gardens Zoo, The Straw Market, (a place to purchase local artwork and souvenirs).

There are several supermarkets, churches, and other areas of worship that are available and a state-of-the-art hospital. Within a 10 -minute walk, there is a gas station and convenience store and a 15-minute walk to a pharmacy, liquor store, smoothie shop, book store, fitness center, bar, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Burger King. The entire property is a townhome complex with separate units. The pool is shared with other guests on the property.

Keep in mind the Bahamas is made up of 700 hundred islands; there are fast ferries and private charters that can connect you to most of the populated and no populated.
