Justin was so helpful and the space is very nice and clean and well appointed. It’s a great location if you want to stay local while you’re visiting.

Justin was a great host, providing clear check-in instructions and being especially helpful leading up to our stay, which made arrival smooth and stress-free.The location was peaceful and away from the busyness of downtown, yet close to great restaurants and cafĂ©s. We loved having access to the resort amenities, especially the beach and pool. The beach hammocks and conch shack with excellent food were a big plus.The apartment was well equipped with a kitchen (coffee maker, oven, toaster, microwave), and Justin also provided beach towels and snorkel equipment. Overall, a relaxing stay in a great location—we’d happily return.

We communicated easily with Justin, when I arrived I had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi he came especially for that and he fixed it for me.The place was clean and safe, I highly recommend it for those planning to visit Nassau

It was such a comfortable and cozy place to stay while in Nassau. Getting downtown was easy with the bus and we loved the nearby pool! We will definitely try to stay again next time we're in Nassau!

Hidden gem in Sandyport

I really enjoy the location and the whole aura of the apartment! Its the perfect location. You're right on the main road. It's very accessible. The host communicates very well and responds so quickly.

È andato tutto molto bene, la casa rispecchiava la descrizione e le fotografie. Purtroppo ci ù stato cancellato due volte il volo di andata ed abbiamo perso i primi due giorni di soggiorno e non c’ù stato alcun modo di recuperare la somma perduta a causa della poca flessibilità dell’host e di Vrbo.

Great accommodations, great location, safe, quiet, extremely clean.

Lovely property, great, extremely responsive and accommodating host. I had stayed before, and this time I requested larger pots and pans, and an ironing board and iron, as we were staying for 6 nights and wanted to cook. Everything was there upon our arrival! Great seamless check in / check out process, and if you're renting a car - as we did - there's unlimited free parking. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

VRBO What a great place to stay. This is a very well positioned apartment close to several restaurants cocktail bar coffee shop & gym. We found the apartment very clean tidy and with all we needed for our 4 week stay. The Smart TV with a guest package was a good. WiFi was OK with fibre being installed during our stay. The ceiling fans were all we needed but air conditioning is available. Some of the things provided: Bath towels & face cloth, beach towels Toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen washing up liquid, kitchen roll, Kitchen drying up cloth and cleaning equipment also at hand. There is a beach in the lagoon with sun loungers and two very good beaches across the road. We preferred the one entered by the Poopdeck restaurant, although we didn’t eat at the Poopdeck. There are frequent buses (jitney buses) at the end of the road, eastwards taking you into Down Town Nassau or the westwards we went as far as Love Beach and all for just $1.50 BHD each, each way. They are fun to ride with every ride a new experience. The supermarket is just a few minutes walk (eastwards) but take your own bags. Justin was on hand for any queries and always quick to respond. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Pros and cons

It was a nice property except the bathroom was pretty dirty and our first night there when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water after the first few minutes. My partner and I couldn’t stay there longer bc I was under the weather so we checked out the next day. Justin seems like a great host, and was responsive, and helpful with recommendations etc. He sent over a plumber the next day to fix the water. He was gracious enough to initially refund the night we didn’t stay. The beach is super close which is great, but personally wouldn’t stay again.

I don't know why we keep getting an email about how our stay was. We never stayed here, our trip was in St. Thomas because we couldn't get our passports in time to stay here. I'm sure its a nice place but we wouldn't know, we didn't stay here unfortunately.

Perfect spot for us

This apartment is located at a marina with lots of stores and places to eat very close by and a beach across the street. We could take a 20 minute bus ride downtown or in the opposite direction to some very nice low-key beaches. Oh, and also felt very safe. Exactly what we were looking for to explore the island for a few days.

Very nice, fully equipped apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the place. Really spacious and equipped. The only thing is that it was not possible to lock the door at the bedroom level.
